Shirley Ann Jenkin was born August 14, 1934, in Omak, WA, and passed to our Lord on January 14, 2012, at Spokane Hospice House. She graduated from Omak High School in 1952, entering WSC (now WSU) the next fall for their nursing program. Her nursing classes were in the old St. Luke's Hospital, where she learned to love the city of Spokane.
